Jan Layman has been a licensed auctioneer since 1989, adding a real estate license in 2006. He has conducted all types of auctions, but concentrates primarily on farm machinery retirement or estate auctions. Jan and his wife Cindy operate Layman Farms LLP, a large cash grain farming operation in Hardin and Logan counties. They have been married since 1982 with 2 grown daughters and 4 grand kids.
