Kyle is a great real estate agent. He listened to what we wanted in a house found options and had a showing for us in a prompt time frame. He also sold our house in my opinion multiple times it fell through a few due to the buyers situations but in my opinion did not only sell my house once but three times. Dave is very professional. I told him the value I wanted to list my property at. In the beginning, Dave had completed a market analysis and was able to explain the reasons why he would list my rental property at a lower level. During the time my property was listed, Dave called me several times to fill me in. And every time there was going to be a showing, Dave called to let me know. I got married in between the listing and the sale, and Dave knew to tell me that my new husband would need to sign off to show that it was okay to go on with the sale.

Dave helped us buy the house we currently live in on Northlake Drive. We were very pleased with him during that process. When I decided to buy a second property I called Dave and he found me several to look at. When I chose the property I wanted he presented my offer and got the deal completed according to my terms. If I need a real estate agent in the future I will give Dave the job.
